Returns & Exchanges

(1) AN INCORRECT ITEM

We apologise if an incorrect item has been mailed out.

Please contact us at theenchantedclothing@gmail.com to notify us of the incorrect item within 7 days upon shipping of items. We will give further instructions on how the exchange will be done.

Strictly no exchange will be accepted if item is no longer in original packaging / washed or worn. 

In the situation that the correct item is out of stock, we will give a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. 

A full refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days. Payment will be made to your bank account. 

 

(2) A DEFECTIVE ITEM

We apologise if you have received a defective item.

Please contact us at theenchantedclothing@gmail.com with pictorial evidence of the manufacturing defect within 7 days upon shipping of items.

We will mail to you a stamped poly mailer for your return of the defective item to us. Customers are required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days after receiving the stamped poly mailer.

If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be mailed to you. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, we will give a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. A full refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days. Payment will be made to your bank account. 

As our apparel is mass manufactured, the following are not considered manufacturing defects:

1. Measurements varying 0.5 to 1 inches from the stated measurements;

2. Slight colour discrepancies arising from difference in computer screen resolutions; different lighting etc.

3. Items with slight imperfections (loose threads, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains on lining etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item; and

4. Differing placement of prints from showcased items (for printed items, placement of prints might differ from piece to piece).

 

SIZE EXCHANGE

Kindly email us at theenchantedclothing@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving the item specifying the order number and the sizing you wish to exchange for. An exchange will be facilitated if stocks are available.

In the event that stocks are no longer available, store credits will be issued. Store credits will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the item. Store credits has a 90 days validity from date of issue. Store credits are non transferrable and non extendable

 

RETURNS

Returns are done on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at theenchantedclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.

All returns must be communicated to us within 7 days upon delivery. Items must be received by us within 7 days after an email has been sent with the necessary return details. 

All items must be in brand new condition, i.e., unworn and/or unwashed with the tags attached. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. 

A restocking fee of SGD2.00 per item will be imposed.

Store credits will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the item. 

Store credits has a 90 days validity from date of issue. Store credits are non transferrable and non extendable.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and a return address is included on the parcel. 

Customers can mail back the item by their preferred type of postage. However, kindly take note that The Enchanted Label will not be liable for lost packages and any packaging/postage fees incurred. 

All items purchased during a sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for any size exchanges/store credits. Items purchased using store credits are also not eligible for further exchanges/store credits.

Your purchase is a tacit agreement to these terms.
